Shipping Policy

At Oh Snap! Candles we pride ourselves on delivering fast and efficient service. We work to process orders daily but for the sake of our policy:
PROCESSING TIME:
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. In most circumstances our in stock products will ship within 2-3 business days. Custom orders may have extended processing times which we will communicate with you.

SHIPPING TIMES:
North America: 5-7 business days after 48-72 hour processing time. Actual delivery time will depend on USPS. Once the package is scanned by USPS we no longer have control on delivery time. Oh Snap! Candles is not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.

CUSTOMS/VAT/IMPORT TAXES:
 
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Garsnett Beacon Candle Co. is not responsible for delays due to customs.
